• 9:30-9.40 Welcome and short introduction to the 3 networks
• 9:40-10.00 Peter Thomsen (AU): Cow mortality – what do we know about occurrence and causes?
• 10.00-10.30 Niels Bastian Kristensen (AU): Cow resilience from a feeding and physiological perspective
• 10.30-10.50 Bodil Højlund Nielsen (SimHerd): Cow replacement strategies
• 10.50-11.10 Coffee
• 11.10-11:30 Helge Kromann (Byggeri & Teknik): Building and re-building for improved cow longevity
• 11:30-11:50 Nina Dam Otten (KU):  Ethical considerations related to cow mortality and cow welfare
• 11.50-12.15 Group discussions at tables
• 12:15-13:00 Lunch
• 13:00-15:30 Network meetings. Choose between:
  1. Feed supply and nutrition
  2. Healthy animals and production systems (we will organize a ‘speed-socialising activity’ and do some brainstorming/discussions about some specific topics of relevance across the network disciplines and experiences)
  3. Genetic improvement
