Danish dairy and beef producers are among the most productive worldwide and adopt new technology quickly. High efficiency and productivity are prerequisites for competitive Danish dairy and beef production.

Innovative research and close collaboration between universities and industry are important contributions to strengthening the Danish cattle sector towards environmentally and economically sustainable production for reduced climate impact, healthy and well-functioning animals, and high food safety and product quality.
